Large heel protector and drain cushion. I would definitely not recommend leaving it on for 7 days unless the drainage was zero or very little. Otherwise, with moderate to heavy drainage, a daily or twice daily change is recommended.

You will need medical or athletic tape to hold them in place. They look like styrofoam glasses. They are so thick that I don't see a way to wear them with shoes. Mine are in a bag, no packing list, no printed information or price tags. I don't see a way to bring them to Kolya and return them. waste of money.

After years of struggling with a heel sore my wound care practice finally started using them. I couldn't walk more than a few steps and it hurt. I can walk very pain-free with these heel cups. They can also be worn for days with an Optiloc pad and don't have a messy drain to clean.

These heel guards have worked very well. I use them for my elderly mother who rubs her feet on the sheets at night. I put a few drops of vitamin E on her heels and then applied a heel protector. I attach the pads with light medical socks that have a small slit in the toe area to allow the foot to breathe. Before buying Allevyn, I used Medline socks. They're a lot cheaper and work just as well.
