works for me - Nail care

I have thicker hair and stronger nails. I can't believe it's really helping my thin, split nails and thinning hair. I've been taking them for about 6 months. My hair and nails are growing back so I can get a manicure.

Makes you fat and fluffy!

I originally bought this to grow my hair out after cutting it completely (and it went short again anyway) but a common problem I have is, that my hair gets thinner the longer it gets. Well, my short hair is always very thick and full, but it never stays that way the longer it gets. However, it keeps my hair thick and healthy as it grows. While I doubt I'll be going back to long hair any time soon, it keeps my short "boy cut" healthy and full of life. It has also helped me noticeably reduce acne

i got it because my hair grows very slowly i don't see the difference that it grows faster but i definitely have a new height , especially around my forehead, which I love because I have fine, thin hair.
