Air Drying Crystals

This is the first time we have purchased multiple Dri-Z-Air DZA-U pots. We placed 3 of these throughout the motorhome for winter/spring storage. When we saw that they were very good at removing moisture from indoor air, we bought more to place in other places where moisture is an issue. We also bought large crystal bottles to refill our Dri-Z-Air DZA-U pots. Although the pack of crystals that came with each pot lasted 4-6 weeks depending on location, these filling jars provide long-term…

Air out the shed! We can use it again! courting!

So glad I heard about this stuff! We have a shed below decks that reeked of everything we put in there. No plastic (artificial Christmas lights) or absorbent objects (crates/furniture) were allowed to be stored, as they smelled musty and moldy and could not be removed. I've tried bleaching the wood, putting in cans of baking soda, all sorts of sprays and air fresheners - nothing worked. No longer! This stuff is really magical! I'm guessing if you have a big basement you'll probably want to…

The product effortlessly and quickly reduces moisture.

Great product. , put about 1/2 cup of the product on the floor and within 24 hours you will be shocked at how much moisture has been removed from your room. We travel a lot, the house was always damp and must have been when we got back and my motorcycle skin hanging in my closet had a slight but still present mold growth from the humidity. Place a small bowl with a few teaspoons of product in a bowl on the bottom of each cupboard! Mold/stale air is gone from the house and toilet. per night…

Great product but overpriced

The product itself is great and works well. I use Dry-Z-Air wherever I need a dehumidifier. My question relates to the price. It's just granules of calcium chloride. If you buy them as a desiccant, it costs $3-$5 per pound, like this product. If you buy it as Snow & Ice Melt, it's $1 a pound. I personally bought a £50 Ice Melt product from Amazon for $50 with free shipping included. This was the one although now it has a different price but I'm sure you can find others…

  • Questionable purchase for seniors
