One of the most economical options, extremely easy to install, comes with a vibration isolator. It's simple and perfect. Hung an Aprilaire E100 from the ceiling in my basement in about 30 minutes.

I read Michael's review as we had the same problem with an AprilAire 1820 mounted on a floor joist and had 1/3 the wood slats made when purchased. The hanging kit stopped the vibration transmission so well that I had to double check to make sure I wasn't turning the air dryer back on. Don't wait 15 years!

I have two dehumidifiers, one controlling the relative humidity in the living area of the house and the other in an enclosed space. But the straps themselves are easy to install and easy to adjust. Rubber isolators are like a car exhaust system. I have no problem with vibrations in the house. My blocks were on cinder blocks and I finally had time to hang them up. Nice to see the area.

I used a Drieaz F526 PHD 200 harness system to hang a Aprilaire's whole house dehumidifier. Now I have a nice positive drain and it's a lot closer to my HVAC system. It's great not transferring any noise or vibration to the top floor and bringing the space back downstairs. I had to ask for help getting the Aprilaire onto the straps due to the weight and 6ft off the ground, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and the straps take the weight very well.

this is a great product the only issue i have is the long term reliability i have no idea it will fall apart. This is most likely not a problem, my device is installed in my basement so I am afraid that the device will fall on someone at some point in the future. I intend to do regular checks to avoid accidents. Nevertheless, the product does exactly what it is supposed to do and prevents vibration and noise from being transmitted to the underbody.
