Stronger than it looks

I have used plastic anchors in the past which caused problems, when they fell out of the wall .These anchors really hold their weight if/when I need more I will definitely buy them.

Pros
  • Deep threaded design ensures a strong engagement with 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" thick drywall
Cons
  • Other Other

SUPER hold and very strong anchors

I've used tons of anchors, from plumbing anchors to those cheap plastic wall anchors. These anchors are beasts and tough. These wall hooks with these anchors will not come off the wall at all.

Pros
  • Pre-drills a precise hole in drywall - no hole prep required
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Not suitable for some applications

This is not suitable for cases where the screws need to be screwed all the way into the dowel as the screws are longer than the dowel and there is no hole at the end of the dowel. Unfortunately, I broke the wall when I tried. The workaround is to cut off the end of the anchor - it worked on the second try.

Pros
  • Manufactured from durable plastic to provide years of service. Easy to remove
Cons
  • Expensive
