This is my second Dritz Quilt-N-Go Knee Frame. I gave the first one to a friend who now quilts with me. We work side by side on projects and we really enjoy spending time doing what we love. I find the snap frame very easy to use. After removing the pieces of cover I am confident that my blanket is secure. I've made thin and thick quilts from used denim using the same frame and have found it to be more durable and easier to use than most other handmade frames I've looked at.

Great, but 11x11 is too small for quilting. It's perfect for embroidery, but the technique I use for quilting requires a lot of space and space. (Search "Lady Thimble Quilting Technique" on YouTube and you should find it.) The 11x11 size I ordered just isn't big enough for this. But it's just great for embroidery. I love quilting and although I usually give my large quilts for someone to make on a machine, I love quilting some of my quilts own small projects. I enjoy quilting projects as much as putting them together piece by piece. However, I live in a townhouse and I don't have room for a large frame to stay anywhere in my house.
