I bought this for zippers and it works great. It has just the right amount of stickiness to hold the zipper in place without being too sticky when you need to reposition it. It can usually be a bit difficult for me to keep zippers straight while sewing. When I use needles, they can wrinkle the zipper or fabric a bit, so you have to play around with it when sewing. Ribbon fixes this problem. This was especially helpful when I needed to sew on a 30 inch zipper. Definitely recommend and buy again.
