Price and life of hrs. use

Purchased this battery almost 2 months and it worth for the money for what I need for what I use once in awhile.I don't have anything dislike the product since I know the life of the battery for 4 hrs associated with the price.I used this battery for my Satellite Toshiba laptop which I need to replace my original battery.The battery last for almost 4 hrs. and fully charge it take about 2 hrs. 7 month battery good for me

The battery lasted for 7 months. It's already time to get a new one. Who makes good Toshiba laptop batteries because this is just as bad as the others.

Didn't hold up after 6 months but DTK made it right.

Was disappointed that the battery didn't last more than 6 months. Waiting on response back from company to see if they are going to replace the battery.UPDATE 6/29/21-company has agreed to replace the unit.Update 7/5/21-DTK sent the replacement battery and it appears to be working fine. Will see if this one will last longer than 6 months.

Short battery life. My old battery which has been in this unit for several years last just as long.If your looking for long battery use then look at other brands. This is poor quality.

Quality, price, performance.

My laptop, since is an older model used to get super hot while charging and the charge didn't last. so I did some research and found this battery, BEST PURCHASE EVER! one time charge last me 8 full hours and it gives me like 1 more hour until I recharge it. Wow super happy I found a nice easy to install battery that never gets hot, it remains cool the whole time.

Works. Only a 3 hour charge when fully charged, but that's MUCH better than buying a new laptop because the old battery won't hold a charge at all! Inexpensive, too. I like that.

After 6+ years the battery in my Toshiba stopped charging. Ordered this and received it ontime. Plugged in and it does the job.Have not had it long enough to tell if it has the longevity of the original.

DTK Laptop Battery for my opinion

I have completed my evaluation of the new DTK laptop battery. The battery appears to be performing as well as the original battery. Overall, I am quite please with the battery and DTK. It was easy to identify and order the battery I needed for my Toshiba laptop. The battery was delivered in a timely matter and was easy to installed. DTK excelled at following up to my original less than stellar review. They offered to send me another battery which I told them wasn't necessary. I would like to…

The battery was very easy to install. That said, The battery life is probably less than the original, but ok, I usually leave them plugged in anyway as I don't usually use these as a portable battery device.

Cruddy Battery revain rocks

This is my second battery within a year. This one is just as bad as the last one. Actually my old wore out battery still holds enough charge to start my computer. This one does NOT! I'm going to see if 3 is the charm.That is if they will back the product. Stay Tuned for update. . Pdat: revain really stands behind their products even if the company does not. Problem solved. Still a terrible battery.

DTK New Laptop Batteries seem Very Good

Ordered two batteries for Toshiba laptops (virtually the same laptop models). Both batteries appear to be working correctly and were both around 80+ % pre-charged. Since they are new and have not been evaluated over a period of time, I am unable to comment on things like "Battery life" or "Durability" -- but, might be inclined to do so later.

Fits like the OEM good for me

It came well packaged and with a charge of 83%. I gave it a full charge them cycled it down to about 10% (Instructions said three cycles to 7%) . Since I was repairing the computer for a neighbor I did the charging cycles before delivering it. To do that I streamed You Tube and it ran close to three hours of strait video. Now the only thing is to see how long it will last. So far very happy with it.

Works Exactly as Advertiesd

Got the battery, followed the directions to the letter. which is charge battery to full before turning on the laptop for the first time after installing battery. Only discharge to 7% and then charge again, repeat 2 more times. Now I no longer have a battery error message and it says I will get about 4.5 hours of battery life, though I haven't tested how realistic that is, or how much shorter it is using the onboard graphics system. Worth the money in my opinion!

Not worth the money

Was really hoping to extend the life of my 10 year old laptop with this battery. The laptop works perfectly, and it's my main internet laptop, used 99% of the time on mail/surfing/youtube/etc. Like many, I use my laptop plugged in almost exclusively. I bought this so I could transport my laptop without having to shut it down, grab the power cord, and use it somewhere else.
