Poor workmanship and inferior materials

Poor workmanship. The glue and the edges of the inner fabric are coming loose. If I could give these boots zero stars I would. For such an expensive pair of boots, the quality of the stitching and piping is what you would expect from a $15 pair of boots at Wal-Mart. Definitely NOT recommended. Really disappointed.

Pros
  • Sporty
Cons
  • Nothing

Make sure the boots are full grain leather (smooth) before ordering!

Too bad they didn't tell me it was NUBUK and not smooth leather or even suede. They get dusty and dirty very quickly and easily and unfortunately cannot be easily cleaned. You have to buy a special nubuck cleaning kit, which in itself was a hassle to find, and then not ruining the nubuck for texture is a whole process. Otherwise they are great boots. I strongly recommend getting grainy skin.

It's better to have a little caviar

I like these boots. I LOVE HER. I wish I could wear them. I have standard caviar, nothing extraordinary. I bought these because I love everything about Dublin, especially the insoles in their boots - they don't look like competition boots at all. I received them and tried them on - and couldn't get the calf to zip up. It was very uncomfortable, I couldn't find it in the wide calf. I didn't return them, I sold them to one of the teenagers in my barn who needed a set but has smaller calves. Great

Pros
  • clothes, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • thin
