Looks great on Panigale 1299

Looks great on my 16 Panigale 1299 Easy install after watching YouTube videos; I would definitely recommend it, especially compared to the stock setup.

Pros
  • Handy
Cons
  • Compatibility

Looks amazing for the bodywork

Adhesive does not fully bond to the fairing. I've tried various 3M double-sided automotive tapes, but it didn't take long for them to start peeling. I had to put a clasp on. Used JB welding for my drilled then cut piece of brass.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Can't remember

Does the job, looks good

The only complaint is that there is some tolerance in production, it takes a bit of finesse to make everything fit. Not a bad design, looks well made. Installation took about 30 minutes, anyone with 3 & 4mm hex wrenches can do this. Suggest sufficiently tightening the single screw that attaches the unit to the tail section.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Very average quality.

When you pay that kind of money, you expect good quality. The wafer holder clamp design is really average, additional metalworking was required to install the included clamp. Finally, as good as the turn signals look under the tail, the included screw is really short. Which finally gave way. Overall not a recommendable product for the money.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Reliability

Looks great, terrible installation instructions.

The lack of instructions and a good demonstration and the lack of a parts list made this setup more frustrating than it should have been. The long 4mm hex and tool kit that Ducati comes with is really all you need. If you plan to keep the rear pins, be prepared for the frustrating effort of removing and tightening the bolts when the heat shield blocks them. Great product but terrible instructions.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The video on You Tube is good, the bot is stretched but it's not.

I read a lot of reviews about how difficult it was to install. BS! True they should have recommendations and it's hard to believe they don't, I mean it's just so WTF wrong with you. The video on You Tube is good, the bot is long but it does its job. I am very mechanical so it was very easy and if you are at least 25% what I am and actually use YouTube videos it should take 20 minutes max. For kit. It's sleek, very clean, and looks awful. The signals are great and it goes very well with the OEWM

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Repair

959 Panigale from 2017. (Pretty frustrating to hear it fits when actually it doesn't, especially after you've done the necessary Bought tools and disassembled your bike) Didn't fit properly. And the "long bolt" they give you is not enough to use a washer and nut. Without the washer, the bolt and nut will fall out and the product will hang by the connected wires. Again this is on a 2017 Panigale 959. I tried many different angles to make this possible but it just wouldn't work at all. There were

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

This stylish tail set looks fantastic after installation

This stylish tail set looks fantastic after installation. As I said, there are no instructions for it. Therefore, I will give you a brief overview of the installation and the license holder. Remove the rear seat (or hood). Remove the 4 hex bolts from the 4 corners under the seat. You don't need to take anything out of the OEM tail except four under the seat. Use alcohol to clean the underside of the taillights where the kit will be installed. Secure the wires in a neat tail knot, making sure…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not sure

It looks pretty cool when left tight and installed properly

I bought this for my 2018 959 Panigale and returned it shortly after. Here are the pros: It looks pretty cool when stuck and installed properly. The LEDs are bright and the built-in license plate light is well placed. He removes the hideous "whale story" that haunts the Panigales. Here are the cons: 1st delivery, it came in an unsealed box from NRC, of course there was foam inside and nothing was too scratched, but also that part of the 3M adhesive (red stripe) started to peel off, most likely…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
