In my experience this thermal shirt was a few sizes too small and I (tried) to consider that possibility but the shirt was too small and therefore I cannot use and recommend it. I bought this shirt to wear under my clothes in the hospital because the thermostat is constantly set too low despite the weather! I bought a small which usually fits me as I'm 5ft 5" and B cup 115lbs; everything fits well EXCEPT the sleeves, they are too short, don't reach my wrists and feel a bit tight under the shoulder.
