I replaced the composite pedals on my 20 year old Trek hybrid bike. I immediately felt the difference on the first ride. The structure gave it a larger foot area and the short grip studs provided a really secure feel for my shoes, no slipping around like my old pedals. Built-in reflectors on front and rear faces. If you have never replaced pedals before, be for warned that you need an 8mm Allen Wrench to install them. There are no instructions with this set. Awesome pedals. Look great. The grip because of tiny spikes is amazing, it felt a bit unusual at first.The only issue was with the initial installation. My old-school simpleton pedals could be installed using a wrench, but these pedals require a fairly thick hex screwdriver. Which I was having a hard time to find. As a person who has changed many bike pedals in my day, I was not bothered that there are no instructions with this set, but thought I would mention it for others who might not have prior experience as the process is counterintuitive. First thing, make sure you have the tools to install these as it does not come with any. There are also no instructions, but this is pretty self explanatory.The pedals are a good size with nice grip spikes. These bearings are quiet and smooth. These are really nicely made aluminum pedals! The grip spikes are easily replaced if they every break, and the bearings are super smooth. Where it lost points from me is with it's unfortunate size choice. I'm not blaming the pedals for being the wrong size, but I would expect when being advertised as fitting mountain bikes, that it would fit mine as well. It's just a bad situation, if I had a different bike they would probably fit fine. All in all, good product, just wish they had fit.

This is my first pair of pedals that doesn’t have clip-less design. I ordered it purely for my occasional commute rides.It has a wide platform and great looking of color. With the spikes built in even it is not clipless I don’t feel my feet slipping off. Love these pedals and would recommend to anyone who is not looking for clipless pedals.

The grip of the cleats are superb. The bearings are extremely smooth. Wide pedals with reflectors for added safety. Came with a tool to remove or replace the cleats along with a few extra cleats. I would highly recommend. I've ridden over 200 miles with them and they perform as well as they did day one!
