It's always cold in my home office so I've been looking for a wood burning stove and so far this has been perfect. Flame effects are better than I thought. There is a temperature control and a remote control. I would definitely recommend this one.

Love the three sided look, weighs only 25 pounds. dancing pseudo flame and remote control. I knew he was small. That's the only downside for me. But overall it's a cool addition to my living room. I just received it as for durability. This has yet to be determined.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it! She used to have an electric heater with the same power but without the aesthetics of a fireplace; just a square wood stove. She sent me pictures and I was surprised how much it looked like a real burning fire. she loves it again

I was very disappointed when I saw jpw how much I paid for a very 'normal' heater. The rounded front end, which I found so beautiful, is quite thin and unobtrusive. "Fiery" colors are "more smoldering" despite what you said. I have several of them that are much more interesting than these HALF PRICE.

I wanted to love this heater and I really like the LOOK but for the price the heat output just can't match. We have a small ceramic heater that heats up our living room faster and keeps the temperature better than this one. Unless you're sitting two feet away from it, you won't know it's on.
