They are not as described. The packaging says these are large cotton balls and they are exactly the same size as a regular cotton ball. I was very disappointed to receive them as I was expecting great ones. In the photo I imagined a cotton swab closer to my finger - this is a product and the other a standard size from a local store. As you can see, they are the same size.

The cotton balls supplied were McKesson branded. They were packed in two thick white paper bags placed side by side in a cardboard box. The cotton balls have been labeled as 100% pure cotton, hypoallergenic and latex-free. They are also marked as 'large' and appear to be so based on my comparison to those I bought locally. They're about 1 1/4" in diameter and are perfect for all my purposes. I put a few hundred in a couple of Ziploc bags and keep them at home, and keep a box of white paper bags

The cheapest, prettiest and fluffiest cotton balls in plus sizes. I used it with water only to change the baby's diaper for the first 6 months as we were concerned it was reacting to a chemical in the wipes. Thanks to its size, it was also easy to handle for blowing. Protect the skin.

These are cotton balls. They're not hygienic, but what kind of bag of "hygiene" swabs stays hygienic after opening? I don't use them to wipe blood off a cut. I use them to remove nail polish and remove color stains from clothes with baby oil. If I have hangnails or broken skin, the acetone in the nail polish will burn away any bacteria AND it will hurt like crazy! So don't be fooled, you don't need "hygienic" cotton balls for this level of cleaning. Just know that these bags are huge. I had to…

I have two packs of these, they are very soft and last a long time. worth the money, especially when 100 cotton balls retail for $3 which is $20.22 for 2000! It costs about $30 for just a pack of 1000 cotton balls at the store.
