Very happy with it. This bathroom is shared between two people but I only had space for a towel rail. It was perfect for my family.

It doesn't stay intact, one side keeps falling off because the round part that goes through the hook that holds it to the wall deforms.

I took the stand out of the box and put it back in, printed out a returns label and sealed it with tape. 20 minutes after arriving at my house. It's very cheap and red. It should be an oil rubbed bronze.

Frustrating attempt to install (2 hours and falling apart all the time!) and not even strong enough to hold a towel let alone two. The mounts were not secure. Useless but beautiful

The product conforms to the description and is generally satisfied, especially at a bargain price. Only criticism is that the wall plugs sit completely flat in the hole and fell into the wall trying to put the screws in. I had to buy bigger and more reliable anchors after the holes were made.

Good towel rail but not strong. Definitely not suitable for thick, long or wide towels. It fits 2 towels but the thin rods are too close together to accommodate both towels unless they are thin. Deff is non-commercial if you need it. Ideal for 1 towel and includes towel and washcloth.

I had an old ceiling rail that I used for ceilings in the living room during the winter. Eventually it was beyond repair so I started looking for something to replace it. Not sure why I thought swapping the duvet holder for a towel holder would work, but it did. Thats much better. It takes up no floor space. It's not dirty like throwing them on the sofa.
