Sturdy, does the job well, would give it another star if it had more detailed installation instructions. A range of options for installation whether on the push or pull side of the door. Installation templates are useful, you just need a few more diagrams for each installation option and for right or left doors. You can understand it, but it will take time.

Ok so first of all the product was as described, heavy duty door locks that worked well. I had trouble understanding them, the instructions were a bit confusing for me but once I pulled them out and hung them on the door I was able to figure it out. Also, the lids that came with them were broken when I received both. of them were damaged, I have a photo above the covers.

If you've never installed one of these before, take a close look at why the installation view outside of a frame mount or inside a frame mount is important. The instructions are terrible for a beginner even though I have a lot of experience in crafting and mechanics. Part of the instructions say to fully adjust the adjustment screw and the next step says to turn it 5 turns for my application. Hm? I'm just WAG and I got lucky and it turned out perfect. Much luck.

Exceeds all expectations. Store-bought door closers through Grainger for over $400 and the quality and durability doesn't come close to them at a fraction of the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for robust products. Adjustable for different door sizes and weights, clear installation instructions. I have installed three of these indoor freezers that are -8F all year round and the doors are rated for heavier conditions than regular doors and they work like a charm.
