Dyson Animal Upright Vacuum Cleaner Vacuums & Floor Care Review

Great smaller version of the Dyson vacuum ruler. Works very well and can get into smaller places. Also a good nozzle set. Replaced an old version of a Dyson vacuum that we bought and used for years.

The box it came in was torn, punctured and cut on one side. Ironically, the box had a large, fragile clue written on it. It turns out that everything is fine. At first I suspected it was used. Anyway, I'll write off the state of the box until oops. I know someone who works there and the people who work in the warehouse are easygoing about how shipments are handled.

This is our fourth Dyson. We have a lot of pets and thought this would be a good vacuum. After 2 weeks of use, the Dyson stinks - as if the dirt container had to be cleaned. Also, the extension hose is difficult to reattach. The red button needs to be right in the middle for it to sit properly. It really isn't as easy as the other Dysons we've had. Another good vacuum cleaner.

If it doesn't fall apart, the suction is great; however, the roller wheel continues to pull away from the main vacuum. I don't have a PhD in engineering which makes it impossible to assemble this vacuum cleaner. I am also old and unassisted and have musculoskeletal issues which makes using this vacuum very difficult. I think at the price Dyson is asking they could do better. At the beginning, the vacuum cleaner must already be securely assembled!

I bought this vacuum cleaner for our daughter. We have had the Dyson for about 3 years now and love the vacuum cleaner. The only issue we had with the old Dyson vacuum is that the hose is a bit difficult to manage when cleaning. This new model has a modified hose that works much easier than the old model; great progress. Dyson vacuums are great. I was hesitant to buy it at first as the parts are mostly made of plastic.
