Very good, but I am surprised more software companies don't create programs that specifically help export managers avoid human error. A better way to say it is more accurate. There is too much 'tribal knowledge', or 'tradition'. Many companies just do things according to what they've seen in the past, so instead of learning and growing, these tools stagnate.
