Short and sweet - I'm a US Air Force veteran. The US Air Force "seal" on my hat is incorrect for a number of reasons. Mine only has 11 stars instead of thirteen and some of the colors are wrong. However, MCMXLVII is what the seal itself shows in the same way as the cap, so it's fine. However, it is clear that the designer decided to change the actual appearance of the official "seal”, and with it the meaning. I suggest designers go to afhistory.af.mil, the Air Force Historical Support Division,

I really like the look of these hats. They're comfortable to wear and don't stand out inconspicuously (it's no longer digital camouflage to me). The adjustment strap on the back is held in place with a metal clasp (if that's important to you) so adjusting is pretty easy. The material feels strong but not heavy and the stitching is of good quality.

I've always had trouble with baseball caps due to my large head which made most caps difficult to adjust, worst of all were those adjusted with plastic pins and holes. After receiving this hat, I stretched the strap back through the stepless buckle as far as I could, and surprisingly the hat was too loose. After fine tuning the size, this hat fits my head perfectly. Aside from the sizing option, which already made it a winner, I think the hat just looks great. He seems to be many years old and…

It's not a bad hat, but if you're a picky Air Force veteran, buy something else. The fit is ok (one size fits best) and I love the color. But the date in Roman numerals under the embroidered AF emblem is odd. What the heck is MCMXMI? 19009901001? I'm guessing it must have been 1947 when the Air Force was formed as a separate branch of the US military. A minor thing, but it's Made in China.

· Advertised as one size, but it is not. I have a normal sized head and the hat barely fits with the adjustable strap fully extended. The sides of the hat are also quite short, presumably to save material. Thus, it rises about 1-1-1/2 inches above the ear. Looks well made, just a little small.

I was really looking forward to getting this casual and washed US Air Force veteran cap after looking at other "old man" offerings. But when it arrived I was shocked and offended like a veteran. Was it some kind of nasty Chinese joke aimed at counteracting the current tariffs? The eagle in the US Air Force logo has NO HEAD! The Roman numerals that "" 1947" are completely unreadable and the stars around the logo look more like flowers. All of this is clearly visible in my photo accompanying this

I LOVE this hat, fits great. However, the embroidery sucks and had to trim loose threads and areas that weren't sewn properly.

The quality of this embroidered hat is superb. As an Air Force veteran during the Korean War, I am proud to wear this hat and would highly recommend it to my comrades.

Good quality cotton hat. Has an adjustable clip on the back. Most hats don't suit me, I have a small head and am a woman. That suits me perfectly. It can even be made smaller. I've worn it running in the Florida heat, and while it's not made out of athletic fabric, it's still breathable.
