package arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to see that the box had never been opened until I opened it. I suspect the pump suits my needs. This is primarily for refilling the carburetor on early 1980's cars.

This pump is so loud it's driving me crazy so I say it's garbage. Who wants to drive and constantly hear a loud knock while the key is on. Now no one returns my messages under warranty. Do not buy.

First of all, this item was great. It works like a champ for me and hasn't given up in the year I've been using it. My experience was great but my pump was NEVER dry and acted like a suction cup. If you use this pump properly, it will probably be fine. My suspicion about people complaining about its death or lack of suction is pretty simple. This is a pump that probably hates running dry. In my opinion this is NOT a suction pump and it MUST pull the fuel by gravity to keep it wet. I think…
