Highly recommended instead of standard. They are much thicker and allow for better ear coverage compared to the originals which compress the top of the ears and can cause pain with prolonged use. Great quality too!

The product description should state that the inner diameter is about 49mm. Most ear pads are around 55mm. Comfortable but too small for my ears. However, the plastic ring adapter for virtuosos works great so I'm buying another set of pads to use with this adapter.

I just bought the Corsair Virtuoso SE headset and knew before I got it that the ear pads are flat (from trying them on in the store). The replacement parts are very well made and convenient! I was curious as there was only one other review but I took a chance and it paid off! **Just note that the diameter of the earcups on these is smaller than the standard earcups. So if your ears are larger they may fit. a little cozy!

I didn't expect them to be as good as the original ear pads but they feel fantastic. They are deeper than the OEM ear pads so if you buy them the sounds will change a bit but I can't tell if the quality is better or worse. Was willing to buy a new pair of headphones because I don't usually like aftermarket products and I'm an OEM guy, but this is a good buy in my opinion. If you buy them be sure to buy some glue (I used Gorilla glue) as the notch on the back is not enough to hold them in place.

The memory foam is good, the pads fit my head well and I don't feel like they create an irritation zone around my ears like the Corsair old ones. Was looking for a thick brown replacement earpads for Virtuoso Espresso SE. They work with the headset and work perfectly. They are comfortable and work well, the only downside I would point out is that the inner mesh is not brown or flush compared to the original pads. This means there is an edge on the ring.
