These headphones had some distortion from the start. A later inspection revealed the wire. But even though it was PRIME, I waited so long for them that I didn't want to send them back. I'll use you while they're at it. I'm just as disappointed with Prime as I am with this product.

I was hesitant to buy headphones which can be fragile and flimsy but I'm glad I got them. They don't slip out easily, and the description fits: the sound is crystal clear and punchy (more treble than bass, which I like).
