EASM ePCR Software Review

Easy to use, very user friendly, fast loading times, easy to navigate through the system, the ability to export data in multiple formats, I have not found anything that I dislike about this software. The customer support is also great! They are always willing to help you out with any issues or questions you may have. I like that we have been able to be connected online with my peers, so when someone needs help in an area they do not know about it can get instant answers or advice from those who are more experienced than them! In some instances though our connections drop out which happens sometimes during peak hours of use- however this seems rare given such great support staff?
