I hope it's new as advertised

It arrived with two quick couplers already installed. The status of the instructions for their installation. Another problem was that I had to cut them off to put them in a back box and buy new plugs. I need 2 but ordered one first to see how it goes. It seems to work. I ordered a second one from the manufacturer. If the same thing happens I will change this rating to 5 stars and if not I will downgrade to 1 star. To update. This device is real! AC starts, runs and cools with 2500w alternator

I installed this unit on our homemade toy tractor. We're using a 1975 DOMETIC Roof Air. The schematics don't match anything Micro-Air offers, but I was able to use my common sense and electrical engineering knowledge to figure it out. Works EXACTLY as described. Our 2500w CHAMPION alternator has never run an air conditioner before, now it starts easily and works in tandem with the rest of the electrical system. Works as described for HVAC

Like others, I watched several installation videos hoping to find a video specific to my Dometic 15,000 btu Brisk II. I did not order a set for installation, but bought a set of crimp connectors. When the unit arrived there was a QR code on a well printed instruction sheet to scan the user manual which my AC unit had in color.
