Description of EBC Brakes DP41193R Yellowstuff Street

High friction pad vastly improves stopping over OE. Capable of repeated heavy brake use without brake “Fall-Off” or fade. Medium hardness material feels good at pedal and works from cold. Superb brake control and pedal response. Synthetic fiber material is minimally abrasive on rotor.

Revolutionary Brake Upgrade!

I upgraded my automotive brakes with this product and the difference is like night and day. My car now stops on a dime with no squeal or fuss .installation was a breeze and the build quality seems superior to the stock parts. The only downside is the price, but I feel it`s worth it for the added safety and performance..

Pros
  • Provides excellent stopping power and shortens braking distance
Cons
  • Not suitable for track use or heavy-duty applications

Big Yellowstuff fan

I've used these Yellowstuff pads on all my road (sometimes autocross) Hondas. Everything from the 5-speed Accord to the 8th generation Civic Si. There is little dust and noise (noise is invisible to me), durability is good. Initial braking performance is solid, and warmed-up performance is even better. Those aren't trackpads. Don't expect them to fail on the track and hope they do your stock brakes well enough for that in a car that isn't race ready. I had a friend try to wreck a set of brakes…

Pros
  • Synthetic fiber material has minimal rotor abrasion
Cons
  • Not sure
