🚗 EBC Brakes Yellowstuff DP41537R Street and Track Brake Pad - Enhance Vehicle Performance Review

They are advertised as street and track pads, but they are not for the track. They disappeared within 2 or 3 laps down Road Atlanta. As far as I can tell these are great outdoor performance cushions.

Expensive but worth it. These pads won't go away unless you really abuse them. They're a bit stinkier than other pads when they break in, but the durability and performance make these pads worth the price.

Excellent pads! They have to be hot to work properly but that's why I bought them and they worked really well under heavy braking conditions. The break-in time is VERY picky and they slow down after that, so don't worry too much until the bedding stuff is gone.

I've been using red EBC materials on my STI and M5 for years and they're very reliable, but I've decided to try the yellow ones. A little more brake dust, but otherwise brakes faster in the cold and on wet roads. I'm happy. They also pair well with EBC's dimpled and slotted sport rotors, which I've also been using with red materials for a while. OK. I'm officially an EBC fan.

I thought this was a standard pad upgrade for my 2018 Brembo equipped BRZ. The OEM brakes worked the first 3,000 miles on the Road superb but this was my first time driving this car onto the track. The rotors were perfect, as were the original pads. The EBC replacement parts are sanded down with 40 grit sandpaper for some stupid reason, which should "land" them on the rotor. All it did was cut visible grooves into my perfectly flat rotors. EBC calls for 100 miles easy riding, 100 miles moderate
