Elegant pivoting storage arm

After mounting the pivoting arm high (almost 6 feet) in my AV room, I set up my stand. It took a bit of effort and ingenuity to install alone in a 30-inch wide space, but it gets the job done in style. It also folds out to control AV components with a few millimeters of headroom, and allows for easy access to cables! A very sturdy unit and good instructions make this project very worthwhile.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Durability

Perfect for EchoGear Stand

I used the EchoGear Stand to store some of my home AV gear in the basement. When we finished the basement I had two options to access the cables.1. Make a hole on the other side of the wall and install the access panel2. Turn my shelf into a swing shelf This is the second option that was preferred. Super easy installation, definitely legal/durable materials.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • No mold required

Must have an accessory rack.

The best idea for a home cinema stand. Easy access to cables. This is not a problem when racking up your home theater equipment. Robust construction. Tip: Of course you should (or should if the rack is heavy enough) secure it with bolts. But it is most and best supported if you can position the bracket so that the farthest screw holes are on the end opposite the hinge in the stud. This helps keep the rack level and vertical when closed.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Retrofittable

Ideal for data storage

All hardware required for installation. Very well made and fits perfectly in a 15" rack. Very easy to install, very strong and very durable.

Pros
  • Inexpensive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Just great! for housing

I have only good things to say about this bracket for my server rack. I installed it on a built in cable node and being able to 'open' the case with a hinge is absolutely invaluable. It is highly recommended to have an assistant on standby while you drive the first few screws into the wall as the stand is overall very strong and heavy duty!

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Very expensive

Raise your stance! best in NAS

My AV rack is in the basement and I've been having nightmares of the flood damaging all my expensive equipment. Thanks to this mount I don't have to worry anymore! I will say there was a bit of confusion as when I placed my order I received a 20U rack, requested what I ordered and then received another rack. So when you get it, it's amazing!

Pros
  • Good construction
Cons
  • Long delivery time
