Item took about an hour, cords included, plugs blown and that's it. I'm glad I worked outside in the garden, otherwise it could have been worse.

My current readings from this solar charger through a DC multimeter ammeter are 0.022A at 18.66V in bright sunlight. This corresponds to 0.41 W. 10 W stated by your company. These solar chargers are a scam. Anyone who buys one of these solar chargers will need a DC ammeter or multimeter that advertises DC sensing capability.

This is great for keeping my truck battery charged, but I just learned to use it as a USB solar charger. Sockets allow you to plug your solar charger into one socket and your USB car adapter into another. You don't have to connect anything to the cigarette lighter. Current flows from the solar panel to one outlet and powers the USB adapter in the other outlet.

Very happy with this purchase. I have another more expensive solar charger (hard panel) and I like it much better. The 1 star reviewers don't understand the purpose of the solar charger, it's not to charge a battery, it's to keep it going. If you put a discharged battery in a solar charger, it will remain discharged but will not lose more power than it has already lost. Batteries often die within a week or two if you are not driving this will prevent this from happening.

Disappointed, sent back first because Cig. The lighter is powered by a red LED and it doesn't work, ordered a second one, it shows no LED on the plug just an empty hole, sent them 4 messages, they replied that it should work and they will get back to me in one Week. I made a precise test to be sure. Using a multimeter set to measure continuity, I tested the solar panel. If you connect the wires across the positive terminal, the multimeter will attempt to power the solar panel. There was no successor! If I connected the lines differently (positive line to negative terminal), there was continuity. This means the solar panel has a diode that blocks current from the positive terminal (much like a car battery tries to charge this thing). Then it went to the 12V
