I really like this product; much easier to use than the Litter Genie product that needs to be tied at the bottom. I've been using it for about 6 months and I'm very happy with it. One bag had a hole when I took it (full) out of Litter Genie, but it didn't happen again. My 2 cats fill a bag in less than a week so I take out full bags every time. Just reordered.

Unlike some aftermarket Litter Genie bags, these replacement bags are built to last! They will not rip, tear or puncture. Instead of one long tube of material that you have to cut and tie off every time you change your genie, these are individual tubes sealed at the bottom that insert into your toilet genie. It is sealed under the top from above, creating an airtight seal.

I've been looking for a similar product for many years and was glad to finally find it but was a huge disappointment. The smell of ammonia started when it was about half full. When I tried to get him off the stretcher, the ghost tore horizontally in the middle. It's hard to verify if the questions don't match the product. "Easy to clean" doesn't refer to the trash bag they are. As well as "smell" since they don't have it. I'm not happy with them for what they need to be, spare bag or kitty litter system. They're too thick, almost remind me of balloon stuff, they're too long, you won't be able to use most of the long bag you should use without leaving it in the dirty bin for many days than you'd like. I won't buy them again.

As other reviews have mentioned, they are not suitable for pet waste unless you throw the bag in a sealed bin within a day or so of use. The biodegradable nature of the bags means the smell of trash will leave them in under two days, leaving a stinky mess where the bag is stored in no time. gave up after about the 3rd or 4th time because I wasn't interested in changing the bag every day and a half because of the stink they gave off (and I only have 1 cat worth!).

I thought this would be an affordable answer to my kitty litter situation. I've had and loved the Litter Genie for years, but the refill cartridges are so expensive!
