LOVE LOVE LOVE this pan! This is fantastic. I use it almost every day and have had it for over 8 months now. It hasn't started to warp and when I'm too lazy I throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out great, easy to clean too if you want to hand wash. It literally looks like an advertisement if you rinse it off after cooking. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who loves eggs, fried cheese, bacon and fried foods. They call it. You don't need to grease the pan much for frying.

Yesterday morning I used this pan to bake pancakes for the first time. As I was drying the pan, I noticed a few chips on the outer bottom of the pan that weren't there when they arrived. In addition, the heat distribution was very uneven. The only plus is that the pan is easy to clean. First time I used Ecolution Artistry item. I will not buy any more products from this company. Very disappointed! Let's bring the pan back. I do not recommend buying this product.

We use this pan every day. I love it. So far the non-stick coating is working just as well as it did on the day of purchase (even after every wash in the dishwasher). It seems to distribute the heat really evenly and I've never had anything burn or scorch. We mainly use it in the morning to boil eggs. Excellent frying pans. They are much stronger than regular frying pans and their non-stick coating lasts much longer than other pots and pans I've had. It replaced a frying pan of the same size that was deformed and the paint was almost completely peeling off the bottom. I bought this pan to use for pancakes and technically it works. I can bake pancakes on it. Heat distribution isn't very good, but I understand you get what you pay for in that regard. For the price, I can deal with uneven heat distribution. What really confuses me is the durability. This 11 inch frying pan gets used both on weekends and many days of the week. It has an even heat distribution, but liquids (like eggs) tend to spill out at the edges because of the bump in the center of the pan.
