I liked that they were very flexible with their schedule for me to come in when needed as well was able to meet my needs within budget constraints of what we had available at our facility! I like that they have multiple people involved in each task so it is easy to get more than one perspective for input into my final document before submission (and not just from me). They are very thorough with their work as well - there's no chance of something being overlooked! The only thing about them i didn't care much for was having different types/shapes of font used throughout documents which made some sections harder to read at times.
