Too many drops on hard floors have completely ruined my original remote. I wasn't looking for a "universal" remote and then I came across this replacement. Works right out of the box and great quality.

My dog chewed on the remote control. Works well with our TV. The Netflix button does what it's supposed to. My only concern is that it's a bit bright. It has no weight which makes it feel odd to hold. Everything else is good so far!

Basically everything worked right away. Looked almost exactly like my original controller but it doesn't work properly and I will be returning it. Almost every time I try to go right to select something on Netflix it randomly opens Vudu Movies and it's driving me nuts.

My first remote control had the right directional button to launch the Vudu app. I processed the return and ordered another one from this supplier as a replacement. He had the same issue so I'm returning both for a refund. I will update my review after seeing how the refund is handled.

Good remote control, needed to replace my Aquos LC-40D68UT. So I tried this remote control and it works great. Didn't even have to program. Very convenient. The remote control is long and thin, feels good in the hand. My fingers can reach all important function keys quickly and easily. Has all the functions of the old remote control. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Just got it yesterday, put the batteries in, it works. The Netflix button didn't work on my TV, but with the "Smart Center" button, my Netflix app appeared on the screen. I have to admit I had reservations when I took the remote out of my mailbox and saw that it was packaged in a plain plastic envelope with no bubble wrap. However, he appears to have survived the USPS and is working.

The remote control is cheap; However, it's not a universal remote that will give you access to certain streaming services like Verizon's FIOS or Comcast Affinity. It would be nice if it was available, which would give me access to the streaming service. I would be willing to pay more for that. At the moment I have two remote controls, one specifically for my smart TV (Revain) and one for the streaming service.
