    High quality and great for sensory kids too!

    Ideal for trips to the mountains or to the coast in the low season. I got lucky and bought it at Costco for $7.50! It also costs $70. Excellent quality inside and out. My son has sensory issues and this coat is comfortable for him. The fur on a hood comes off like lightning.

    The coat looked used

    I sent the coat back the same day as the coat looked used. There was a stain on the coat and the hood looked like it had been washed.

    I didn't like it and returned it. Very rough fabric

    My son is picky about comfort and as soon as I felt the fabric on the outside of the coat I knew he would never wear it so it was an instant return. Someone in the reviews said it's soft and comfortable. Not much. Inside the fur is soft (not the same as girls or women, but inside the fur is soft), and the fabric in the sleeves is satin-like and feels very soft. But the outer fabric is very rough and probably strong and durable. But that's not for my child.

    The best coat for cold winters in Michigan!

    I really love this coat. My 4 year old is taller than most so I've been looking for a coat that covers his butt for a long time. It's very cold in Michigan and kids take breaks even when it's very cold. This coat is perfect! It closes with a zip and has velcro straps so he can get in and out by himself. The length hits just above the knees and it's good and heavy. Recommend this for cold climate areas. That corresponds to the size. He's 5T or 4/5 in most clothes. This size is good for layers…

    Not bad, but not great either

    The jacket had an odd fit as there was a lot of room in the back. The fur on the hood looks half finished and looks ridiculous in it. Very disappointed but it will work until the end of this winter season.

    The coat met and even exceeded all expectations (didn't notice/didn't notice the fluffy brown lining). Son carried it home from school with his coat on first day and left it on for an hour after he got in because it was so cozy!

    I bought this coat to replace a down jacket I bought for a New York winter (about 15 years ago) that my son lost after losing his own coat. This is a great replacement.     Got this coat for my slim and tall 7 year old. It's a bit big so he can easily wear it for the next two years. It's heavy, but very well made and really keeps you warm. He loves to. I've already washed it and had no problems.

    In my opinion the quality of Eddie Bauer is beyond doubt. It is high quality and durable. I've been wearing the parka since 2016 and I've never changed it. Also, Eddie Bauer is underrated compared to, say, The North Face. I love this coat but it didn't fit my son. I ordered a size up and it was too big. Last year he had a medium parka jacket which is too small so I just returned it and couldn't order a different size because it falls in between. I wonder if the company has changed their…
