Great addition to my computer setup

I was hesitant at first to purchase this breakout board, but after using it for a week I have to say its been a great addition to my computer setup .Based on my experience, the micro-connector is really easy to install and provides a seamless connection to other devices. It's also very reliable and hasn't caused any disruptions in my system. The only con i can think of is that it may not be compatible with all types of single board computers, so make sure to check before purchasing..

Pros
  • Easy installation, reliable connection
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all SBCs

NOT servo friendly - single board computer

This breakout board provides micro:bit signals on rows of colored pins, but unfortunately the rows are not configured for direct connection of servo motors. You need to make wire connections with screw terminals. A typical servo has three wires: Orange - Control Red - +V Brown - Ground On this board, the pins are in the following order: Red - +3.3V Black - Ground Yellow - Contact (Control). I'm going to buy a board that has the contacts arranged in the correct order.

Pros
  • Micro:bit officially recommends the high quality Cylconn card connector. FR-4 fiberglass circuit board. High quality terminals.
Cons
  • Senior Citizen
