Too difficult to set up. At the same time, I almost ruined the fabric - the edges constantly crumbled. There was simply no tension, so the material continued to sag. The back, meant to be a stand, is a waste of wood and has no known purpose as it will not stay in place. Looks great in the picture, but not practical at all! I return to my hoop.

I am very disappointed in this stand. The vertical pieces are not high enough to finish sewing. Part of the frame is usable on its own, but shortly after I used it, one of the screws broke. The frame isn't wide enough to use for pillow sized items, so part of my project was frameless. I think a floor stand is much better and I'll pick one up for my next project.

I bought this frame because I thought it would be useful when sewing in my chair. I found I didn't like it at all. There were no assembly instructions at all, but I was able to figure it out with a little thought. The support frame was too wide to sit on my lap and not wide enough to rest on the chair's armrests.
