I actually use this for my paintings (I'm an abstract artist) and I usually work quite large. I needed a palette knife big enough for my large canvases and couldn't find it at any art supply store. So when I saw this, I ordered it straight away and I loved it! It is durable and easy to clean. It does exactly what I need!

This is a well made tool that gets the job done. The only issue is that the handle is very thick and my hands are small so they get constricted and sore after an hour or so, especially when the sealant is drier and harder to apply. It might be overpriced but I would love to be able to buy the same product with a choice of pen sizes.

I bought this putty knife to use for painting baseboards. I can easily slide and pull it between the carpet and baseboard without hitting the carpet. Works great. My only complaint was that peeling off the label on the knife was a little painful, but once some of the slime was gone I was able to peel it off. I highly recommend this item for this purpose.

I decided to take a chance despite previous reviews saying there were erosion/rusting issues. From the packaging it looks like I received a used item. Look at the photo, it arrived already rusty/corroded/damaged and I haven't even used it! Returned immediately. I will say that Revain made the return process easy, hence the five stars for Revain despite the negative review for this product.
