Based on my observations the Effervescent Electrolyte Boost has become my go-to supplement for my post-workout hydration routine. The strawberry flavor tastes great and the fizzy sensation adds an exciting twist to my water. Plus, the electrolytes are a real game-changer for rehydrating after a tough workout. However, it can be a bit pricey compared to other hydration supplements on the market.

Seems to work as an electrolyte supplement but tastes pretty bad. You only need to use 1/2 tablet with additional water to dilute the flavor.

I like to use a box to present it nicely, but as you can see in the photo I can't. I don't know if Revane or Aps is to blame. Luckily I still have the box from my last order. That being said, I love them differently than tropical fruits. However, the berry should be renamed as cotton candy. Lmao fruit punch is disgusting. But it makes my green tea brew taste good, not good or bad as usual. Lol so they will all be usable and drinkable.
