The necklace was beautiful but I think what impressed me even more was the care taken with the packaging. Comes with a gift bag, napkin and instructions for proper care of the product. It was great to open and had everything I needed to make my gift presentation just as great. Very impressive!

The necklace was said to be sterling silver. In the picture were 16 small silver balls. Was crushed when the necklace arrived and the crystal ball didn't describe crystal balls anywhere in the description. The necklace in question was sterling. Extremely disappointed. No time to exchange
