Matches perfectly. I didn't have a short pole and forgot to find one at my local hardware store. Delivery in about a week, so a bit slow. Very easy to install and there are many DIY videos if you need. Great buy, would have bought more but they were sold out. Maybe they are sold out?

1" AD and perfect for HD Hampton Bay ceiling fans. I didn't have to make any modifications, just pull out the smaller standard ground rod and insert the EGLO ground rod and it will climb my ceiling I hope my photos help describe the product better.
