Well packaged and looks great! I will update the photos when installed. I used a dremmal to create a line on the hood and then cut it out with a circular saw. Take your time and it will come right out. Use masking tape over the measurement lines. This protects the paintwork from rusting or chipping over time. I also used super glue on the inner rim to keep moisture from getting in from the chipped paint.

. It is about the same size and appearance as the standard Mustang GT vents. I recommend removing the hood panel and attaching it to the engine by simply lowering the hood and not completely closing it to avoid splintering debris in the engine bay area. Also remember to remove any washer fluid hoses that may be attached to the hood.

Well I have to update my review, they melt and lose their shape sitting in the sun on a hot summer day. There's nothing special and they've been in the car for over a month, but now that summer has come they're starting to melt. NOT ONLY THESE APPLY, YOU MUST CUT YOUR HOOD OFF! I knew that when I bought them. So based on that. They are great and for the price you can't beat them. I had 2 other vented hood options and both would have cost me hundreds more. Absolutely perfect! It's damn cool! It's solid ABS plastic with a slight flex. They are a great glossy black color and come with extra thin 3m double sided tape. Just make sure you clean the vent flange and the area where you will be installing the vent well with 70% alcohol or higher. Personally I would use a 3M primer, this tape will never come off! So I installed them on my turbocharged Kia Optima to pull heat out of the engine bay on the left and let the air intake on the right breathe cool
