It took quite a while to install, but it was worth it. A few tips: just make sure you're applying even pressure to each seam and aligning everything first, then slowly add the tape as you go so you can manipulate the leather as needed. I went for a suede wheel with a red center badge and it matches my hellish Tacoma almost perfectly.

Very difficult to install with terrible instructions that don't help. The cut wasn't quite right, so there are parts that don't fit on the handlebars like they should. If you have the patience, give it a try. The leather and perforations look really nice when you get them right, but it takes a long time to figure out how to do it.

Installation took about 3 hours from start to finish. It wasn't easy, I'm not a seamstress, but the result is excellent. Just take your time and be patient (patience is not my forte) A HUGE improvement to the look of the steering wheel. Definitely looks factory and matches my black TRD shift knob perfectly which also has red stitching. Definitely recommended.

patience and some basic sewing skills are required to make it look like this. Be careful not to pull the cord too hard or it will snap and test your patience. Be sure to use thin double-sided tape (supplied) along the long leather segments and around the 3 and 9 o'clock positions to keep the leather in place. When done right, the drive feels a lot more luxurious in the hands.

This took 5 hours but it involves a trip to the yarn store! As you can see from the photo, I had to tie an ugly knot due to the lack of the thread provided. The fact that the leather was not cut perfectly can also be seen on the side of the steering column. Did I mention the thread isn't enough? Looks very good. What everyone says about the installation is true, it took me 4 hours. I started with the steering wheel on the car, but the airbag and buttons were removed (if you disable the airbag, make sure the battery is also disconnected). Then, about halfway through, I removed the wheel (much easier to flash from behind).
