    Nice and easy to install

    Absolutely great addition to the space! Super light. It was just what the room needed. I'm shocked how a simple locket turns into a simple room. Bring some magic.

    Attractive function highlight for new ceiling light

    Works great! We needed to reposition our light/ceiling fan on a textured ceiling and this ceiling medallion worked great! There is no need to redesign the texture and the design of this locket has become a beautiful accent for a new fan.

    Easy to install and no painting required

    Looks fantastic and I didn't even have to paint it because it has a satin white finish to match my crown finish. I attached it with Elmer's school glue and masking tape while it dried (construction epoxy would be better) and sealed the edges with Alex Flex for a seamless look.

    All in all not what I expected.

    This item was relatively attractive but it was almost paper thin plastic and the center hole did not fit the standard ceiling mount for my lights. After I lifted it, the outside edges seemed to be hanging off the ceiling. This item is so flimsy and fragile that it may be difficult to apply sealant/adhesive to the outside edge once installed. It's mostly my fault for not reading all the specs, but I was very disappointed.

    Believe it will be great!

    I was skeptical about this locket based on other reviews. I've read that it's very thin (as it turned out) and that there's no place to put the paste (which is true). The chandelier itself was perfect. I painted it to match the ceiling and I love it! Looks very expensive, especially after painting.

    That worked.but

    It looks great after it's putty and painted (more like real plaster when painted the same color as the ceiling paint). We had to use the pendant light's original bracket (outside the topper) to attach it to the ceiling. We also glued pieces of soft foam to the inside of the product (NO hot glue!) so it can be glued to the ceiling. Although it looked great I would choose a more expensive locket next time as it is difficult to install due to lack of a solid mold.

    Unbeatable price per diameter

    Cheap thin plastic flexible yet very comfortable. Small Styrofoam medallions hold their shape well, but this one doesn't. I used low expansion foam to fill and trim the back of the casting. It also provides a much larger surface area for the glue to stick to if you need it. It's so light I probably overdid it with glue. The cast is clear and very uniform, with virtually no pattern defects. When installed on a ceiling that isn't perfectly flat, it is flexible enough to flex and show that…
