The Etrex mount does not fix the device at all. You can take it out immediately. Not the real one I have. It's too poorly made to do its job.

I have an Oregon 650t and it fits perfectly. I almost didn't buy it because of some negative reviews. I'm glad I got it because it will work great for my application.

Very convenient to use. Of course. I always ride with extra safety treatment, but my GPS Etrex 20 has never gone out of range. 3 years after my first this is my second bike for my other bike. And best of all, PRICE!

It should work, but the tolerances are not respected. Returned it but now I'm still being charged for scratching it when trying to mount my harmin on it. Saving $6 looks like a good deal until your $300 Garmin hits the ground at speed. It's better to go with the official brand name as they seem to have the right fit and security.

The first time I try it on and see how it fits. It was too tight to insert. And impossible to take out! So I use fine grit metal sanding to rub the mating surface very lightly to adjust it from impossible to remove to tight enough to be removable. If this product is going to hold up tight enough, it needs to have some kind of locking system, not just some crazy one. Otherwise it works fine.

The mount is designed to be compatible with a wide variety of Garmin devices, but it just doesn't fit. Compared to the original Garmin clip, this mount is 0.4mm smaller than my GPSMap 64 or eTrex 10 devices, causing it to "stick" to the device making removal extremely difficult. I have requested a replacement but I am expecting the same issue. If my impression of the product changes, I will update this review.

I have an eTrex20. The idea and the mount itself is exactly what I wanted and the price is perfect! The disadvantages are small compared to the advantages. The straps that came with the mount were brittle (probably old or cheap) and broke easily. I had mine from the hardware store and they work much better. Also, no matter how tight you bolt it on, the mount will still rotate a bit around the handlebars if you apply some force - it's just not the same as having a bolted mount. There is a rubber
