Best value for money in computer accessories and peripherals

The headset automatically connected to a Windows 10 PC and worked immediately. Small volume but not as light as expected. The sound quality is very good for me, at the other end there are no complaints. Mute and volume are wired/wired controls in hardware, so the settings don't show up in PC apps like Teams or Webex like some headsets. They're good enough for the price.

Cancels most background noise, but not perfectly.

The quality of the product is really good. Very convenient. In testing it cancels out most of the background noise, but when I listen to the final recording when I speak to it, I hear a bit of hissing and erased some of my own words. Installed the noise canceling app and Boom! MUCH better results. Also, there is almost no background noise, my speech is very clear and loud, and when I speak there isn't much noise.

Convenient and functional

During a recent vacation, I accidentally forgot the high-tech headset I usually use at home for work. I was in dire need of a headset to attend a few Zoom work meetings, but didn't want to spend a fortune on a headset that I only needed for a couple of weeks. I bought these babies and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and quality at 1/10th the price of my old set. I love them so much I kept using them when I got home and my quality set was available again.

won't work with my iMac and won't connect

I bought this to use for call center work, connected it to my iMac and followed the instructions to connect but it didn't work, "ESKA" written on the headphones appeared for a split second and then disappeared again. I thought maybe pulling it out and plugging it back in would work, but no, it always did the same thing. Contacted Amazon, they said it was defective and sent me a new one. And guess what? this one does the same. I even tried this on my other windows machines and it did the same…

Perfect for Zoom calls!

If you're looking for the best headset with a mic, look no further. I've recently started working from home and use Zoom frequently. I had trouble hearing my colleagues on the phone, but no more. The EKSA USB headset with microphone works great with my laptop, all I had to do was plug it into the USB port. The headset is very comfortable, has lots of padding and is adjustable. I'm thankful it has a noise canceling feature that keeps my voice crisp and clear. It's not quiet in my house…

A good basic headset that needs to be reconnected before the call is recognized.

Good budget headset for online conferencing. The headset strap is adjustable, but at first glance it doesn't look like it. Volume and mute require you to look down to find the controls. The ear pads are comfortable, oversized and look appropriate during a video call. The only downside is that if the headset is left plugged into the USB port, it won't always be recognized or recognized on the next call.
