I bought this to use for call center work, connected it to my iMac and followed the instructions to connect but it didn't work, "ESKA" written on the headphones appeared for a split second and then disappeared again. I thought maybe pulling it out and plugging it back in would work, but no, it always did the same thing. Contacted Amazon, they said it was defective and sent me a new one. And guess what? this one does the same. I even tried this on my other windows machines and it did the same thing (connected for a second then disconnected a couple of times) and within 1 minute it was actually playing sound, the volume up and down delay was too late . request a refund and send it back.
