Ekster Tracker Powered Bluetooth Two Way Review

I really liked the tracker card. It worked great! After the battery died and it was discovered that it was defective (the solar panel was defective and the tracker would not charge), I contacted the seller. The seller replaced my tracker for free. I give this seller 5 stars for their excellent customer service and service!

This is my first 2-star rating. This is from my personal point of view and experience. My first 1 week thing stopped working for more or 2 weeks. I've hardly used it, you have a Bluetooth connection which I find terrible in terms of security. Bluetooth can be hacked, it's not worth it to me. If it were app-oriented and tracked by satellite rather than Bluetooth, I'd be more willing to use it. Very stylish design, it's thin, it might fit someone but not me.

2-3 hours of battery life, that's great, but mine won't hold a charge despite several diligent attempts. I mean I love this product and I just want it to work, I do NOT want to go through a lengthy return process. We tried charging this item in direct sunlight all day and it died within a few hours. (Loss of connection with the phone next to it.) Then we tried charging it with a high-lumen LED flashlight for 4 hours and it died again after a few hours. I think we have a lemon. My biggest fear…

Size and weight are ok but (IMHO) the tracker needs improvement in 2 areas If it wants to be successful The Market It's solar powered which should be a notable feature as it eliminates the need to charge or replace batteries.I bought the tracker because it was supposedly designed to be used with an Ekster wallet . If put in a wallet, the tracker will not work receiving sunlight. In order to work properly, you must remember to take it off and charge it every 20 days by exposing it to sunlight…

My husband's wallet and other items were recently stolen from the gym locker room leaving him uneasy about returning to the facility. I ordered this tracking card along with the Parliament Ekster Wallet as a Christmas gift to give him peace of mind knowing where his stuff is. When we received the tracker card, we quickly found that it didn't work, even after trying solar charging.
