Review on Ekster Tracker Powered Bluetooth Two Way by Onsommoshit Mathews

2-3 hours of battery life, that's cool, but mine won't hold a charge despite several diligent attempts. I mean I love this product and I just want it to work, I do NOT want to go through a lengthy return process. We tried charging this item in direct sunlight all day and it died within a few hours. (Losing connection with the phone next to it.) Then we tried charging it with a high lumen LED flashlight for 4 hours and it died again after a few hours. I think we have a lemon.
