Pivot is just the right combination of stiffness and lightness.

I have used several different valve types (Bitspower, Barrow) but this version is now my favorite. The case/body is solid with little or no change in diameter, the grip is solid and serious. Pivot is the right combination of stiffness and lightness. not too stiff that you can't twist it and not so light that you don't feel secure.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • little things

Works great as a bleed valve

Bought to help drain my circuit and it works great. I connected it to the T-block with a short sleeve and plugged the outlet in case of a leak. I doubt it will leak, but it's better not to risk it.

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Frequency

Huge and Ugly - Internal Components

There are far better options out there. This huge and ugly device is made of brass (great) but with a huge plastic handle. It looks terrible in any build, and what's even worse is that it costs so much. The TT has a nice rotary valve that looks sleek and more affordable. In summary, there are more attractive options that work just as well. The first shows the EKWB valve and the second shows the Thermaltake rotary valve (located below for the dump valve).

Counterfeit Water Cooling Systems

When I received this item, it had signs of wear and the interior was discolored. The item has been refurbished. I went ahead and sent it back and bought it direct from EK and it is now obvious that it was fake. Valves are not even the same size. It looks like an imitation. Strongly disappointed.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Operating Speed

Excellent build quality. good view Outstanding performance

Very durable ball valve, smooth operation and tight seal. I used this for my system's drain loop and combined it with a 3-way ekwb fitting and a male to male coupler. Very easy installation and I was pleased to find the threads lined up and fitted perfectly (well made) without much hassle. The delivery from the titanium factory was VERY fast.

  • Complete set
Cons

Stuck.: Fan and cooling

So I bought this about 1 year ago. The product looks very well made and heavy. I was very excited to be in my sling. Finally it's time to merge my loop. Unfortunately, when I try to open the valve, it gets stuck in the closed position. I couldn't open the valve. It turned my loop drain into a nightmare just because this product was defective. I have always bought EK products and will buy EK blocks but will not be buying EK fittings in the near future. I have many EK products on my loop but this

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Long wait

Very beautiful and solid

The ball valve is very heavy and feels high quality. I will say that the top handle is plastic and that's the only thing that doesn't feel as good as the rest of the item. I would still recommend this product and it looks really good in my all black water cooled build.

Pros
  • Expensive but worthy
Cons
  • Empty

defective computer components

I have ordered two of these computers in the last two months and both have been defective. Looking at the open end there is no jig, the ball joint that rotates to lock the tube didn't move on any of them even after I adjusted the turnbuckle.

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons
  • Not bad
