Works for me, no issues. Every time I put my Apple Watch (Series 0) in this dock, it makes me smile. When inserting the dock into this stand, make sure you insert it all the way so that the magnetic charging side is flush with the inside of the back of the stand and centered with the hole.

5 stars for looks: it's amazing! But only one star per function. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit the 44mm nylon strap of the Apple Watch Series 4. He constantly feels a bit overwhelmed and doesn't sit properly. I think it should have a slightly larger cutout for the watch and strap, although it's entirely possible that some straps and maybe a smaller dial will fit perfectly. I can only speak for myself, but since this is a very common pattern, I think it will disappoint a lot of people. :(
