I wanted a blue belt. I have five other elastic betta bands and they are great. I thought ALL Betta belts were elastic but they aren't. I returned an inelastic bracelet that I bought by mistake. Now I have this wonderful elastic blue belt.

The elastic material of the strap is thin and doesn't offer any real support for other similar straps. The locking mechanism also leaves a lot to be desired.

Goes well with shorts/trousers for work, sport or leisure. Expensive compared to similar products and it would be nice if it came in black and brown/khaki.

I love wearing this new belt! The stretchy material has enough stretch, but not too much! It's very comfortable and looks great with jeans and shorts.

I was looking for a belt that would fit pants with thinner belt loops than usual. This worked great! Easy to put on and tighten. Much better than regular straps that require you to find a hole and give you less flexibility depending on how tight you want. This belt also takes up less space while driving and does not trigger the airport sensor. Although at one airport I was still told to remove my belt no matter what. Overall it works great and the black color and design harmonize with it.

I don't have high expectations for a cheap belt, but this one is difficult to replicate because the mesh slot is too small. It's also a good idea to have a slimmer waistband for dress pants.

LOVE this strap, easy to adjust and stays tight. Perfect stretch that keeps it snug without pinching or pinching. Even though it says it's airport safe, the TSA still forces you to take it off.

This is my second purchase, this time for my wife. Mine is like new so far, although I don't use it every day. It is very comfortable and looks beautiful. Would buy again.

This is the best choice for a civilian webbing. Suitable for everyday office use, the closure is secure, metal detectors do not work. The elastic model is comfortable in the office, but a static belt may work better in the field.

The first one I bought gets 5*. The second was 1/4 inch narrower and slightly thicker than the elastic, 'didn't really work' and would have gotten 1*. So you'll be lucky with which version you get.

This one seems to be working well, but it's not yet known how it will behave over time. If it's still going strong in a year or two then that 4 rating should be considered a 5.

Updated Rating: I originally gave this belt five stars but after a few months of use I had to go back and downgraded it to two stars. Problem? The elastic is so stretched that it needs to be either constantly corrected or heavily tightened throughout the day. Little used so I can't say anything about durability. Looks mostly as advertised - nice comfortable stretch, width just right for my needs. Make a clothespin for my keys and phone - it's enough for that. I wouldn't try much heavier loads. The end of the strap will dangle a little when inserted into the buckle. A little trouble is not a big mistake. Recommended subject to the above limitations.

First impression is that the strap is too elastic. I have a new Betta belt that looks just as good as the original belt I bought two or more years ago. Both straps are comfortable and fully adjustable. This is my favorite belt and I appreciate the comfort I feel when wearing it. They're simple and they work.

We ordered too big but easy to trim seat edge with flame. Ordered one size smaller in a different color. Very, very comfortable, he says. I like the smaller size 1 1/4 for the looks. He says the stretch is perfect.

Bought this to hold ballet tights. The buckles are too much so I cut the belt with a hot knife and sewed it into a permanent loop. Pull up tights, belt up. Put tights on the belt, fold the belt several times to the waist. Holds pantyhose tight and in place.

Love it! I can finally wear jeans without a big bulge in the front. In fact, I even wear it when I don't really need it (like layering). It's just fantastic. Belts and I never got along.
